General Session

The event will begin with a General Session from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in Joe Brown Gymnasium, where detailed information on the Lincoln Beach project and upcoming bidding opportunities will be shared.

Prime / DBE Contractor Networking

From 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Prime and DBE contractors are invited to participate in a networking session, also in Joe Brown Gymnasium. This will be a key opportunity for DBEs to connect with Prime Contractors and promote their services.
